Interesting device.
To be honest, none of my Android devices has a physical keyboard. I will try by to plug an external one to make some test.
Anyway, the issue about a physical keyboard is key mapping. There are so many different layout (especially calculator keys). This is why PockEmul is touch oriented with the “real” image of the emulated device.
Alphabetical key are normally working.
I will try to make the “shift” keys and numerical keys working. But going further seems very difficult.

But I would like much better support for a phone with a physical keyboard. I am using the new Pro1 from f(x)tec, fxtec.com. I so highly recommend it, especially for classic computer emulators!!! Please check it out!

Yes PockEmul supports the E500, E500S, E550 and U6000 256Kb internal RAM extension.
It supports too a 256Kb external RAM card which brings the total memory up to 512Kb 🙂
For the PC-125x family, PockEmul emulates the PC-1251H which was a specific development platform with 18Kb of RAM.
Its purpose was to develop program for application oriented pockets PC-1252 and PC-1253.

I also upgraded my Tandy PC-3 / Sharp PC1251 with a 32K SRAM chip, and 18K is usable. I would love for this to be supported even more! Thanks!
